Ryan Bruce
PRINCIPAL
​Ryan Bruce has 30 years of experience in the design and construction field with expertise in planning and development, building construction technology and materials, and permitting.
​
Ryan started his career by framing houses in his hometown of Boise, Idaho while earning his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho.
After graduation, he moved to Seattle, WA where he became a licensed architect, obtained a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development at the University of Washington, and became one of the first architects in the country to become LEED accredited.
When luck and hard work created an opportunity for Ryan to work on the World Trade Center rebuild, he moved east to NYC. After meeting his future wife there, he followed her back to Philadelphia where he worked for storied design firms Kling Stubbins and then Bower Lewis Thrower. Fascinated with the architectural plan and design of Philadelphia, Ryan served as a tour guide for the Center for Architecture in his spare time.

Over the last 15 years, Ryan has worked on over 50 completed projects in the Northeast with experience in the planning, zoning, permitting, construction standards and design history of the region.
