BEN FRANKLIN HOUSE ASSESSMENT

A site evaluation and written assessment was provided for an existing 18 story rental apartment building with over 400 units. The Ben Franklin House was originally built in 1925 as a 1,200 room convention hotel and is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places as well as the National Register of Historic Places. The due diligence report included assessments of all existing building systems with anticipated future building improvements and maintenance needs.
