LATHAM HOTEL

Renovation of an existing hotel on the National Historic Registry. The scope of work included the removal of deteriorated exterior fire balconies and addition of new life safety systems and a backup generator. New custom aluminum storefront systems were added to open up the first floor visibility to a new fully accessible restaurant. A larger fitness center was created with natural light and all of the existing offices and guest rooms were completely refinished. Completed in 2016 with BLT Architects (currently Perkins Eastman).
