URBAN DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE

Multi-story 650,000 square foot warehouse with 36 foot clear height. Two different construction types and a combination of precast concrete, structural steel and insulated metal panels were used to maximize the building leasable area within the project budget. Vertical variations in the building facade, steps in the footprint, strategically placed glass and aluminum openings, precast form liners, complementary colors and landscaping were all utilized to create an appropriate scale for the existing neighborhood.
