CIRA CENTRE SOUTH

One of the first truly mixed use high rise buildings in Philadelphia. The building includes 250 rental and executive housing residential units over 650,000 square feet of office space. The building also includes a ground floor restaurant and an amenity floor 400 feet above street level that includes a 75 foot pool, fitness and yoga center, business center, golf simulator, theater and green roof deck with views of the city. The project received a zoning bonus for achieving LEED Gold certification. Completed in 2017 with BLT Architects (currently Perkins Eastman).
