CENTRE SQUARE

Renovation of a signature office building to make it competitive in the Center City market again. Work included full renovation of the ground and transit level lobbies including moving a historical exterior statue inside the building. The retail space was opened up and expanded with new interior and exterior storefront systems. New terrazzo flooring, large format ceramic wall tiles, three story LED panels, and new uplighting were all used to brighten up the existing atrium space.
