PHA HEADQUARTERS

A new 150,000 square foot 5 story office headquarters for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. In addition to office space for 400 employees, the project includes a 500 seat multi-purpose room, 300 seat waiting area for visitors, a security command center, a fitness center, and ground floor retail space. The building includes a terra cotta rainscreen system with glass window wall and curtain wall systems.
