WHERE
Kent, Washington
250,000 square foot transit oriented town center that included educational, retail, entertainment and residential components for Tarragon Development. The project is located adjacent to the Kent light rail station and includes facilities for the Green River Community College, an AMC theater, multiple restaurants including The Ram, and multiple retail stores. Completed in 2006 with Callison Architecture (currently Arcadis).
