RAVENNA RESIDENCE

Interior renovations of an existing single family house to prepare as a rental property. The partition between the living/dining space and kitchen was removed and replaced with an island. A large walk-in closet was opened up to create an office alcove and the entrance to the hallway was moved to create a larger primary bedroom. All flooring was replaced, the popcorn ceiling re-finished, walls repainted and all knob and tube wiring replaced.
